Learn the traditional Indian sport of Mallakhamb in our 10 days camp at Shree Samaratha Vyayam Mandir.

Students also learn warming-up exercises, Suryanamaskar, Yogasanas and also get to play games that develop their mental and physical abilities.

Timings:

Morning Session: 7 am to 8 am

Evening Session: 7 pm to 8 pm

Select between the morning session or the evening session. Admission for girls and boys above the age of 5 years. There is no upper age limit !

Please visit the institute between 6 pm to 8pm for purchasing the admission forms and submitting the same.
