Physical, Mental and Spiritual

The ancient Indian form of physical, mental and spiritual practices is being taught and practiced at our institute under the aegis of Shree Samartha Yoga Kendra (for Women) and Shree Samartha Yogashram (for Men). The emphasis is on how to maintain stress-free health through training in Soorya Namaskar, Yogasanas, Pranayama and various forms of these activities.

Around 60 women practice in each session under the guidance of experienced instructors. The classes for women are from 6 to 7 am, 10.30 to 11.30 am, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, 2.30 to 3.30 pm and 3.30 to 4.30 pm. The classes for Men are between 7 to 8 am. Lectures by experts are organized and efforts are made to have small get togethers to increase interaction among these elderly ‘Sadhakas’ by enhancing the social support.
