Samartha Vasantik Kreeda Prashikshan Shibir (Samartha Summer Coaching Camp) is a 10 day Shibir or Camp that imparts training to students in basic physical training and in various sports disciplines conducted by the Institute. The camp is conducted in two sessions  viz Morning Session: 7am to 8.30 am and the Evening Session: 5.30pm to 7 pm. Students have to enroll themselves for one of these sessions.

Opening and Closing ceremony would be on the 2nd May and 11th May from 5.30 pm to 7 pm.

Parents Meeting will be conducted on the 4th May for the respective sessions. That is For morning session between 7am to 8.30 am and for Evening session between 5.30 pm to 7 pm.

Fees:

Application forms will be available from  7th April at the institute only.

Application Form fee: Rs 10 only.

Admission fees for the camp: Rs 300 Camp fees + Rs 200 Building Fund = Rs 500 /-

Uniform:

Girls: White T-Shirt and Navy Blue Slacks, Trousers or half pants

Boys: White Sando Vest or T-Shirt and Navy Blue half pants

Admission Process:

Step 1: Visit the Institute between 6pm to 8pm

Step 2: Admission Forms have to be filled and submitted.

Step 2: Pay the fees and confirm the details of the admission.

Important Instructions:

1. Attendance and punctuality is a must.

2. Do not carry any valuables with your for the camp including wallets, phones, jewellery etc

3. All students have to write a diary of their day to day activities in the camp.
